  • Q: I have activated a new Starbucks Card on 1st June 2021, how can I register?
    Starbucks Card registration will be disabled from 1st June 2021 to 20th June 2021. You may register your Starbucks Card via our new website or Mobile App from 21st June 2021 onwards.
  • Q: I'm an existing registered Starbucks Rewards member, do I need to re-register for the NEW Starbucks Rewards?
    Existing registered Starbucks Rewards members are not required to re-register, your profile will be transferred over to our NEW Starbucks Rewards.
  • Q: I didn't manage to register all my Starbucks Cards before 31st May 2021, what happens to all my unregistered Starbucks Cards?
    Don't worry, as you can still register your unregistered Starbucks Cards via our new website or Mobile App from 21st June 2021 onwards. We will still carry forward your active Starbucks Cards and balance to our NEW Starbucks Rewards.
  • Q: Is it compulsory for me to register all my unregistered Starbucks Cards before 31st May 2021?
    No, as you can still register all your unregistered Starbucks Cards via our new website or Mobile App from 21st June 2021 onwards. Be sure to register then as our NEW Starbucks Rewards requires you to be a registered member to enjoy more perks.
  • Q: I would like to activate a Starbucks Card (between 16th June 2021 to 29th June 2021), how can I do it?
    Sorry, we are not able to activate any Starbucks Cards at the moment. However, you can still obtain a new Starbucks Card from any 7 Eleven outlet.
  • Q: When will you resume the Starbucks Card activation?
    Starbucks Card activation will resume from 21st June 2021 onwards for Pilot stores and 30th June 2021 onwards for Non-Pilot stores.
  • Q: If I have 3 more drinks before my next reward, what will happen to them after 20th June 2021?
    We encourage all Starbucks Card holders to complete their remaining rewards tracker (if any) by 15th June 2021. Else, they will be forfeited on 21st June 2021.
  • Q: If my birthday is between 16th June 2021 to 29th June 2021, am I still entitled for my FREE slice of cake?
    Yes, as the Birthday Reward is triggered within the birthday month. What you need to do is just make a purchase before 15th June 2021 and claim your FREE slice of cake before 20th June 2021.
  • Q: What happens to my rewards if I do not redeem them by 20th June 2021?
    All unredeemed rewards will be forfeited on 21st June 2021 - No reinstatement will be given.
  • Q: Will my Starbucks Card balance be forfeited too after 20th June 2021?
    Your Starbucks Card (Registered or Non-Registered) balance will not be forfeited. We will carry forward remaining balance in your card to our NEW Starbucks Rewards.
  • Q: I received a message prompted on my Mobile App "Update Is Available", what should I do?
    Proceed to update, this will update your existing Mobile App version to the new Mobile App version.
  • Q: I'm trying to sign in to your new website/Mobile App, a message prompted "Please Reset Password" although I have entered the correct password, what should I do?
    This is for security purpose, all existing registered Starbucks Rewards members are required to reset password. Proceed to reset, and you will be able to sign in thereafter. This is only a one-time exercise.
  • Q: What is a Pilot store?
    A Pilot store is a store configured to operate our NEW Starbucks Rewards between 21st June 2021 to 29th June 2021.
  • Q: What will I get when I purchase with my Starbucks Card or Mobile App at a Pilot store?
    You will start earning Stars with purchases made with Starbucks Card or Mobile App at a Pilot store.
  • Q: Can I earn Stars at a Non-Pilot store?
    No, you can only start earning Stars at a Non-Pilot store from 30th June 2021 onwards.
  • Q: Do I need to be a registered Starbucks Rewards member to earn Stars?
    No, but you are encouraged to register as a Starbucks Rewards member to enjoy additional perks, and a better experience.
  • Q: Can I still make purchases with my Starbucks Card or Mobile App at a Non-Pilot store?
    Yes, Starbucks Card or Mobile App still accepted as payment method during this period at a Non-Pilot store.
